Box Office staff are responsible for processing ticket orders using Ticketmaster’s system during regular business and event hours. The box office staff also manages will call during events, provides guests with facility information, and delivers high-quality customer service to patrons. Cash handling experience is preferred.

The Event Staff Supervisor is a working supervisor who oversees and coordinates activities of the ushers within the venue. This team member will also direct and supervise ticket takers and other employees performing similar service as directed. Duties may also include management functions. 

Ushers will direct guests to their ticketed seats at arena concerts and events, assist with event ingress and egress, and make the arena a safe and enjoyable place for all guests. To ensure a positive event experience, it is essential that our guests’ initial impression of event staff be courteous, friendly, and helpful - customer service experience is preferred.

Our Operations Crew includes employees who are responsible for the set-up and take-down of events, as well as personnel who work specific shows and performances. The operations department accepts applications year-round for this demanding, yet highly important work. Must be able to lift and/or move at least 25 lbs.

EagleBank Arena’s Parking Team directs patrons to park at the venue effectively and efficiently for all events. Parking staff are provided with safety equipment and work year-round as the event schedule dictates, including select events at the Center for The Arts on campus.
