Accessible Seating
We have had an accessibility program since 1985 and we see this guide as an ongoing effort to improve our services to our guests with disabilities.
Below is information on our current accessibility program and services. If you have suggestions or ideas on how we might improve upon the services we currently offer, please let us know.
Access to EagleBank Arena
Parking is available for guests with disabilities at the South entrance, including a drop-off location. Van accessible parking spaces are located adjacent to the South entrance. These spaces are well-marked and are monitored by our staff. Please remember that all vehicles must display state-issued accessible parking tags or placards to park in these spaces.
All entrances to the arena are at street/concourse level. There are no steps or ramps to maneuver in and out of the entrances.
An elevator is normally available for use in assisting guests with disabilities to access seats on the arena floor. Elevator availability can be limited, however, depending upon the type and nature of a given event. The elevator only goes between the concourse/entry level and the arena floor. There is no elevator access to the top of the arena or any other seating.
Restrooms are accessible on both the concourse level and arena floor.
Concession stands also feature lowered condiment stations and water fountains are available throughout the concourse.
How to Request Accessible Seating
EagleBank Arena provides accessible seating for guests with physical, hearing or sight impairments. Tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com.
If you prefer to purchase tickets directly through the box office, please fill out the accessible seating form found here or call us at 703-993-3035. We will respond to your request by the end of the next business day.
Service Animals
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited except for trained service animals. Service animals are welcome inside of EagleBank Arena and must always remain on a leash or harness. Guests using a service animal will be responsible for the animal’s care and supervision when present at EagleBank Arena. Comfort and/or Emotional Support animals are not allowed in EagleBank Arena.
Ticket Availability & Pricing
Accessible seating is available at the EagleBank Arena Box Office, by calling the Accessible Seating line at 703-993-3035 or online at Ticketmaster.com. Accessible Seating is made available for guests with mobility, vision and hearing impairments in most price ranges.
Any individual with a disability may order tickets beginning at the time of public sale through the Accessible Seating/Services Office (Voice:703-993-3035). Messages left on this recording will be returned as soon as possible and generally by the following business day. All tickets will be made available on a first-come/first-served basis. Accessible seating is held for each event until the allotment held is sold out or until one week after all other public sale seats are sold out.
Recognizing that it is not readily achievable to provide seating in all prices for guests with mobility impairments, EagleBank Arena answers this need by providing seating for individuals with a mobility impairment on the concourse level. Individuals with mobility impairments may purchase up to four tickets (for the guest with the disability and three companions) on the concourse level at the lowest price available within the established categories for the respective event. Some shows have limited availability and we may not be able to seat all four people together.
A $3 service charge will be assessed per ticket. This service charge is standard for all advanced ticket sales at the EagleBank Arena Box Office.
Auxiliary Aids
EagleBank Arena endeavors to provide an effective means of communication for guests with hearing and/or vision impairments. American Sign Language interpretation will generally be provided when required. To ensure that EagleBank Arena provides a qualified sign language interpreter, all requests for this service must be received 14 days in advance of the event date. This lead time is required to coordinate requests with the promoter/artist and the local interpreting agencies. All requests for sign interpretation should be directed to the Accessible Seating office (703-993-3035) or by emailing Lindsey Bross.
An assistive listening system for our hearing impaired guests is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Headsets are available at the event in our Guest Services office.
EagleBank Arena is also equipped with audible and flashing alarms in case of an emergency.
Escorts
Ticketed guests needing a wheelchair or special escort to their seats can request an escort upon arrival by speaking with any team member. For further information regarding our accessible seating services visit the Accessible Seating/ADA page.
